Backroads Touring - March 1, 2008

March 1, 2008 ... The first seventy-degree day of the year .... why not a have a BBQ & get-together? This gathering had been planned in late 2007, and nature was kind!

We had a great turnout .... about thirty people showed-up, including a couple of dozen bikes and riders. Sorry I didn't get everyone's names written-down for this report .... forgot to ask for ride waivers! We did have three or four riders who rode close to a hundred miles or more to get to Wichita.

We ate, watched videos, ate, looked at and discussed bikes and trips, and then ate some more. What more could a rider want .... short of some wide-open backroads?
